Details: A BBQ and family beach day for all members and their families. More details to be made available closer to the time.
Attendance::
If you are planning to attend this trip then please ensure that you get in touch with the leader of the trip or other suitable member of the club to let them know that you plan to attend. This also gives you the opportunity to confirm that the details have not changed and check that the trip is suitable for your level of paddling ability and experience.
Equipment::
if you are going to need to borrow boats or kit then it is your responsibility to ensure that this is organised appropriately. Please also note that their is only a finite amount of club kit available and this will need to be allocated fairly between members of the club.
Note::
Club trips on white water are generally led by qualified River Leaders, with either 4 Star or 5 Star Inland. Their aim will be to give members an exciting but safe day out. They have the remit to make sure all group members are experienced enough for the conditions and are properly equipped. They may refuse to include anyone who may not be ready for the trip or who do not have appropriate equipment for the conditions. The club can hire you a range of good equipment. Trips are graded for difficulty so all levels are catered for during a six month programme.
