Location

As you would expect from the name, the club is loosely based in Bideford, North Devon, although it attracts members across a wide geographical area. The club does not have a club house but it it fortunate enough to have secure storage for all of the boats and equipment.

Meet for Trips

The location to meet will vary dependant upon the individual trip. The trip information, either by email, on the forum or the website will generally include details of where to meet.

Common places to meet are either at the put-in / get-out for the paddle, or at a central location where people can meet to car share. Often members will meet at Rope Walk, Bideford, or Homebase Car Park, Barnstaple.

If you need to borrow club equipment you will generally need to come to Rope Walk, Bideford, conveniently just off of Bideford Quay and accessed down a narrow road close to the Post Office (as shown by the blue marker on the map below).

Pool Sessions

The club holds regular pool sessions throughout the autumn, winter and spring and are lucky enough to have access to pools at both West Buckland School and Ilfracombe.
